Tickets are limited, we do have a capacity limit per signing wave, we do expect to sell out, once sold out we will not be adding more tickets
Each order can add as many tickets / sessions as youd like – but please understand – badges are only being sent to the single address on the order. It is up to that person to confirm receipt of badges and distribute them.
Badges wil arrive on or around July 1, 2027 and you will receive tracking
If you check out with your tickets and shirt in the same transaction, your shirt will also be mailed to you in advance. If you come back later and purchase the shirt separately you will have to pick it up at the RITV event table, I cannot / will not merge orders and make exceptions, this creates a logistical nightmare.
Signing mats, and books are picked up at the RITV event table the morning of the event
Each signing wave is the same amount of time – with access to the same great experiences
Swag bags are gifted per person, and not per ticket (if you buy both signing waves you get one bag)
Lineup for each signing wave and on site book store access opens 60 minutes before your assigned signing wave
ADA info will be arranged and sent separately, in advance of the event
If you show up day of event without an entry badge, a new one can be purchased on site for $20, no exceptions.
